Partial refunds may be considered if:

• Agreed services were not completed.
• I am unable to continue agreed service.
• A significant portion is not delivered.

Contact ben within 7 days of hiring him. 

Ben will make reasonable efforts to resolve

Before considering a partial refund.

If your refund is accepted,

You will be wired 50% of what you paid

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after work has started.
• Bans, warnings, or moderation actions that were requested or approved by client.
• Loss of server members due to enforcing the client's rules.
• Third-party issues, including Discord outages or bot failures beyond ben's control.
• Violations of Discord's Terms of Service by the client or server members.

 Fraudulent chargebacks will result in

Permanent refusal of future service.
